This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
